Scheduled visits catch a great deal, but a supply line can let go the day after we walk through, and in a warm, closed-up home, humidity from a failed air conditioner can turn into visible microbial growth within about 72 hours. Sensors close that gap. Avalon sets up and places homeowner-owned devices so the home itself can raise its hand between visits, and we can be the ones who answer the alert.

Smart sensors are owned and operated by you. Avalon does not warrant the device hardware, your Wi-Fi network, your phone, or any third-party app that delivers notifications. Avalon is not a licensed alarm system contractor and does not provide 24/7 monitoring or emergency response. Sensor alerts are informational only. Avalon can set up the devices and respond to an alert as a separate, scheduled service.
